There are moments when life just becomes too much. Our schedule is packed, and we find ourselves juggling too many things at once. We don't know what to deal with first and anxiety takes over.

During these times, it's easy to feel stuck, scared and even depressed. It becomes a hard task to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Seeking support with therapy could be the first important step, however impossible and daunting it all seems. Together, we can explore and process your emotions in a non-judgemental, confidential space in which you can speak freely.

Each session is client focused, which means the topic of our discussions will be solely your choice, giving you full control. By exploring the issues you are experiencing, it will aid in allowing you to reflect and become more self-aware of any negative patterns. This will enable you to put lasting changes into place and eventually lead to a healthier and happier life.

By exploring and processing your feelings, the aim is to become empowered by learning how to self-heal. This is an important tool in order to live your life according to your own ideals.

If you would like my support, please don't hesitate to contact me. I practice person-centred approach that values your thoughts, beliefs and the ability to make your own decisions. It stems from the idea that you are the expert on your own life, and only you know what is truly right for you. I am able to offer a safe, confidential space in which you can explore your feelings without fear of any judgement or unwanted advice.

We can, if you choose, discuss your current and past issues in depth, issues that may be affecting your everyday life, and reflect on them, helping you to see things more clearly and prioritise what is most important to you. Self-awareness and self-love are both important goals, and my job is to help you achieve this.

Most importantly, you need to know that you are not alone, that there are many people who experience the same events, thoughts and feelings that are similar to yours. This realisation alone can dissolve any feelings of isolation, and lend you the strength you need to make positive changes in your life that can help you break away from the issues that continuously hold you back and finally put your feet firmly on the road to recovery.

Cancellation policy.

Clients are required to give 24 hours notice of cancellation or will be liable for 100% of the cost of their session. All efforts will be made to offer a replacement session. Cancellations are to be given via text, phone or e-mail.
